Careers at MyCare Rx

Work where your care
actually matters.

MyCare Rx is a growing independent pharmacy built on the belief that pharmacy should be personal. We're looking for people who take clinical care seriously, treat every patient as an individual, and want to build something meaningful in Indianapolis.

Our Culture

What it's like to work
at MyCare Rx

We are a small, focused team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously. Everyone here cares about the same thing: doing right by our patients.

That means clinical accuracy matters. Communication matters. Showing up on time and following through on commitments matters. But it also means we support each other, we're honest about what's working and what isn't, and we make space for people to grow into their roles.

If you want to work somewhere your contribution is felt directly — where a patient actually calls to say thank you — MyCare Rx might be the right fit.

Patient-centered every day

Every role here — clinical or operational — exists to serve the patient. That shared north star keeps the team aligned.

Dependable by default

We are reliable people building a reliable pharmacy. Consistency and follow-through are the baseline, not the aspiration.

Small team, close collaboration

Everyone knows everyone. Decisions get made quickly. Problems get solved directly. No silos, no noise.

Growing with purpose

MyCare Rx is expanding because our patients need us. The people who join now will shape what this pharmacy becomes.

Clinical

Patient Care Coordinator
Full-time Indianapolis, IN

The Patient Care Coordinator is the hub of our patient relationships — managing refill requests, coordinating transfers, following up on insurance issues, and ensuring every patient interaction is handled with clarity and care. This role is the bridge between our clinical team and our patients.

Our delivery drivers are often the last point of contact between MyCare Rx and our patients — and that last impression matters. You'll be responsible for same-day medication delivery across Indianapolis, handling each delivery with the same care and discretion we bring to everything else.

  • Complete same-day medication deliveries across Indianapolis
  • Handle prescription packages with care and patient confidentiality
  • Confirm delivery and collect signatures where required
  • Communicate delivery status and any issues to the pharmacy team
